SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATEBANANA OATS CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 120g rolled oats (1 1/4 cups)
  • 250ml hot milk/plant milk (1 cup)
  • 2 ripe bananas (200g without peel)
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g cocoa (4 tbsp)
  • 5g baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Decorate with nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 360°F.
  2. Blend oats into flour. Add hot milk, bananas, eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour into baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and mix with plant milk. Drizzle on cake.
