Ingredients:
- 120g rolled oats (1 1/4 cups)
- 250ml hot milk/plant milk (1 cup)
- 2 ripe bananas (200g without peel)
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 30g cocoa (4 tbsp)
- 5g baking powder (1 tsp)
- Decorate with nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 360°F.
- Blend oats into flour. Add hot milk, bananas, eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder. Mix well.
- Pour into baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and mix with plant milk. Drizzle on cake.
