Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Sausage Casserole

Ingredients :

10 Red Potatoes diced into 1/2″ cubes
1 pound Chicken Breast cut into 1” cubes
14 oz Kielbasa cut into small slices
1 small White Onion diced
2 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken and Herbs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions :

Combine diced potatoes, chicken, kielbasa, onions, and 2 cups of cheese in a lightly greased crockpot.
In a separate bowl, combine cream of chicken and herbs, sour cream, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour over potato mix and stir to combine.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 5 hours. It is done when your potatoes and onions have
cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the potatoes. Enjoy!
