Creamy Cheddar Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup additional cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, and broccoli florets.
In another bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the soup mixture with the rice, chicken, and broccoli. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the additional cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
