Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 box (6 oz) Stove Top chicken stuffing
1 bag (12 oz) frozen green beans
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with garlic salt.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken.
Place the frozen green beans on top of the stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
