Kiwi Lemonade

Ingredients:
4 ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar, or to taste
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Slices of lemon and kiwi, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine the kiwi quarters and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract all the juice.
Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Add the cold water and stir to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve over ice and garnish with slices of lemon and kiwi.
