Ingredients:
1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for grilling
Hamburger buns, lettuce, tomato slices, and additional mayonnaise for serving
Directions:
In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped but not pasty.
Transfer the salmon to a large bowl and add breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
Grill the salmon patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden.
Serve the patties on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and a dollop of mayonnaise.
