Texas twinkie! Bacon wrapped

Ingredients :

Jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and brisket!
Not much to it really. Slow Smoke a 10lb brisket on 225 for maybe 8 hours. Then dice some of it up stuff a large Jalapeño with brisket and cream cheese. Wrap with thick bacon and put it on the smoker for about an hour. Brush the outside with BBQ sauce and you’re done.
