Ingredients
For the Biscuits
1 can (16 oz / 450g) refrigerated flaky biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands or similar)

¾ pound (340g) thinly sliced deli roast beef

1 cup (115g) shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce
1 packet au jus gravy mix (or homemade, see below)

2 cups (475ml) water (or per packet instructions)

Optional Homemade Au Jus (Instead of Packet)
2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits
Open the can of biscuits and separate them.

Gently flatten each biscuit using your hands or a rolling pin to about 5 inches wide.

Place a small pile of sliced roast beef and a spoonful of shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams to seal tightly.

Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet or dish.

Step 3: Bake
Brush the tops of the sealed biscuits with melted butter.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley, if using.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 4: Make the Au Jus
While the biscuits are baking, prepare the au jus according to the packet instructions, or combine the homemade ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Step 5: Serve
Serve the hot biscuits with warm au jus on the side for dipping.

Storage and Reheating
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes or until warmed through.

Best served fresh for crispiness.
