Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb (225g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
1. Season the steak pieces and shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
6. Return the steak pieces to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
