Savory Steak Bites and Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the steak bites and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
