Ingredients:
Dill pickle spears
Cheese slices (preferably provolone)
Ranch dressing (optional)
Directions:
Heat Oil: Heat a tiny amount of oil or use cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the Cheese: Place a cheese slice in the pan and cook until it’s gooey in the center and crispy golden at the edges. Put a dill pickle spear in the center of the melted cheese.
Wrap the Pickle in Cheese: Using tongs or a spatula, wrap the cheese around the pickle and remove it from the heat. Place it on paper towels to drain excess oil and allow the cheese to crisp up a bit more. Serve with ranch dressing or enjoy the cheese-wrapped pickles as-is.
