Luscious Peach Cream Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling:
3 cups cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Peach Topping:
4 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool.
For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon, then arrange them on top of the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is just set. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
