Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning according to your preference. Add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.
Transfer the white BBQ sauce to a jar or container with a lid.
Refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour before using to allow the flavors to meld together.
Use the white BBQ sauce as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken, turkey, pork, or as a flavorful dressing for salads and sandwiches.
