Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
1/2 cup butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the garlic butter to coat well.
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with more Parmesan and parsley if desired.
