Ingredients:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup strawberry jam
Note: Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smoother texture.
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in sour cream and flour until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is almost set and the edges are slightly golden.
Allow the cheesecake to cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the pan. Let it cool completely.
Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cooled cheesecake.
Heat the strawberry jam in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth and liquid.
Brush the strawberry jam over the top of the strawberries to glaze them.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
