How To Make Neapolitan Cheesecake Cake:

Cheesecake Layer Preparation: Preheat your oven to 325°F. Place a large roasting pan filled with water on a lower oven rack. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add salt and eggs one at a time, then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into the pan and bake for 50 minutes. Let it sit in the turned-off oven for 45-60 minutes, then cool and freeze.

Cake Layers: Prepare the chocolate and strawberry cakes as per the package instructions in 9-inch pans. Cool and set aside one layer of each cake for this recipe.

Frosting: Beat butter until pale, then add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and milk. Beat until smooth.

Assembly: Start with the chocolate cake layer on your serving platter. Place the frozen cheesecake layer on top, removing the parchment. Add the strawberry cake layer. Frost the entire cake with the chocolate frosting. Garnish with chocolate-dipped strawberries if desired.
