Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Add in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it to fit.
Pour the tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
