Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 oz jar marinara sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well blended.
In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the spaghetti. Layer with half of the cream cheese mixture, followed by half of the meat sauce.
Repeat layers, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
