Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 6 flatbreads
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Stir until the mixture forms a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it’s too dry, add a touch more yogurt.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 1 minute until smooth.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Use a rolling pin to roll out each ball of dough into a thin flatbread, about 1/8 inch thick.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Place a flatbread onto the hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
Serve the flatbreads warm with your favorite toppings or fillings.
