Ghost Pepper Steak with Haunted Bourbon Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
4 steaks (your choice of cut)
1 tsp ghost pepper powder (or to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup bourbon
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Rub each steak with ghost pepper powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes per side. Cook to your desired doneness and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Carefully pour in the bourbon and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Season with salt and more ghost pepper powder if desired.
Serve the steaks with the haunted bourbon cream sauce drizzled over top for a fiery, flavorful dish!
