1 pound (450g) ground beef or ground turkey

1 box (about 7.25 oz) macaroni and cheese

1 can (10 oz) Rotel (seasoned diced tomatoes with green chilies)

1 packet (or 2 tablespoons) taco seasoning

½ cup milk (for macaroni and cheese)

2 tablespoons butter (for macaroni and cheese)

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend, optional)

1. Cook the Macaroni & Cheese

Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the .
