“🍑 Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts
Ingredients:
- For the Donuts:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Peach Cobbler Topping:
- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix into the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pipe or spoon into the center of each donut.
- In a saucepan, cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat until softened. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Let cool.
- Top each donut with peach cobbler topping.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, then drizzle over the donuts.
