What You Need:
We softened 8 ounces of cream cheese.
Sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded
crumbled half a cup of cooked bacon
roughly chopped 1/4 cup of green onions
Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
1-teaspoon garlic powder
Toss with salt and pepper.
(for rolling) 1/2 cup of almond flour

Mix Things needed: Add the melted cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Stir in the cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
Create Donuts: Roll the dough into little balls, each about an inch in diameter, using your hands.
Optional: Coat You may add some texture to the cheese balls by rolling them in almond flour if you want.
Cool down: To make sure the cheese balls are firm, put them in the fridge for half an hour.
