Shell the shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes in seasoned wine, soy sauce and black pepper
Blanch the asparagus and remove. Stir fry the shrimp until browned.
Stir fry the mushrooms and garlic until fragrant.
Stir fry all the vegetables together with a spoonful of soy sauce.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of cracked black pepper and stir-fry until well blended!
