cheesy ranch chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic (if using).
  4. Top the Chicken: Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
