6 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 oz pink dragon fruit puree or pink food coloring
Flamingo-shaped fruit garnish (e.g., watermelon or pink dragon fruit slice)
Directions:
Blend Base Mixture: Add the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, crushed ice, and pink dragon fruit puree (or pink food coloring) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour the bright pink mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a flamingo-shaped fruit slice.
