CREAMY CAJUN GARLIC BUTTER WINGS

Ingredients :

2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

Ingredients :

4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For the Wings:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, and basil until evenly coated.
Bake the wings: Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, until they are crispy and fully cooked.
For the Sauce:

Melt the butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add garlic: Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add cream and seasonings: Stir in the heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is well combined and heated through.
Add parsley: Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
Combine and Serve:

Toss the wings: Place the baked wings in a large bowl. Pour the creamy Cajun garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
Serve immediately: Serve the wings hot and enjoy the flavorful goodness!
