Lemonade Puppy Chow

Ingredients:

• 6 cups rice Chex cereal
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons lemonade mix powder
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
  
• Directions:

1. Place rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted and smooth.
3. Stir lemon zest and lemonade mix powder into the melted white chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Pour the lemonade mixture over the rice Chex cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
5. Place 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the lemonade-coated cereal to the bag, seal, and shake until the cereal is well coated with powdered sugar.
6. Spread the Lemonade Puppy Chow onto a baking sheet to cool and set.
7. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container for storage.
