Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded
2 medium carrots, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
