1 lb fresh dry scallops
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ tsp paprika (optional)

Preheat Oven Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prep Scallops Remove side muscles if present. Pat scallops dry and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Make Garlic Butter Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Assemble Spoon garlic butter over scallops, coating each one generously.
Bake Bake for 12–15 minutes until scallops are opaque and edges are golden. Avoid overcooking.
Garnish & Serve Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm. Pair with roasted veggies, pasta, salad, or crusty bread.
