Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss well to evenly coat the chicken with the seasonings.
Preheat the Grill:
Preheat an outdoor grill, grill pan, or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or pan to prevent sticking.
Grill the Chicken:
Arrange the seasoned chicken cubes on the grill or pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown exterior. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
Serve:
Transfer the grilled chicken bites to a serving plate and serve warm with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
