Ingredients:
1½ lbs.
For the russet potatoes, I cut them into 1/2-inch cubes. £
. Sliced smoked sausage.
2 tbsp.
olive oil.
½ teaspoon seasoning salt.
½ teaspoon
Italian seasoning.
½ large red peppers.
½ large green peppers.
Cut small onion into cubes.
Black pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan for decoration.
PREPARATION:
Step 1
In a large pan, fry the onion in a large spoonful of butter over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Step 2
Secondly, fry the onion until soft. Remove the onion from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil until butter melts, then add. Mix potatoes, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Step 4
Then cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft. µ
Step 5
After adding the sausage, let it simmer for another 10 minutes.Combine onions and peppers in a large skillet and sauté until peppers are tender-crisp.
Step 6
And finally, if you’re using Parmesan, sprinkle it on top.
