Ingredients:

For the Pineapple Rings:

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
