Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs (preferably panko)
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Directions:
 
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 - In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced zucchinis with olive oil until evenly coated.
 - In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Dip each zucchini slice into the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat both sides.
 - Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a healthy snack or side dish.
