Ingredients:
2 cups chicken breast, cubed
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add cubed chicken breast and cook until browned.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
