Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 Oreos, coarsely chopped
- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Oreos.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
