Ingredients:
2 tsp Instant Coffee
2 tbsp Hot Water
300ml Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Gelatin Powder
2 tbsp Cold Water
Instructions:
Dissolve the instant coffee in the hot water and let it cool.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes, then melt it gently over low heat.
Add the dissolved coffee and melted gelatin to the whipped cream mixture, folding gently to combine.
Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
