Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard powder for the glaze. Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C). Halfway through the baking time, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
