Ingredients:
Shrimp: 200g, peeled
Mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced
Lemongrass: 2 stalks
Kaffir lime leaves: 4
Fish sauce: 2 tbsp
Lime juice: 3 tbsp
Thai chilies: 2, chopped
Chicken broth: 4 cups
Instructions:
Boil: Broth with lemongrass, lime leaves, and chilies.
Add: Shrimp and mushrooms, cook until done.
Season: With fish sauce and lime juice.
