Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange a single layer of Ritz crackers over the cream mixture.
- Spread another layer of the whipped cream mixture over the crackers.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the whipped cream layer.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a final layer of whipped cream and a generous drizzle of salted caramel sauce on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
- Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt for garnish.
