Cheese Potato Bread

Ingredients

  • 90g strong flour (bread flour)
  • 55g milk
  • 10g melted unsalted butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Boil and mash potato, mix with mayo.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, milk, melted butter, and salt.
  4. Knead dough, roll into a rectangle.
  5. Spread potato mixture on top, add mozzarella.
  6. Roll dough, seal ends, slice top.
  7. Bake for 20 mins.
  8. Enjoy your gooey, cheesy potato bread!
