Ingredients
- 90g strong flour (bread flour)
 - 55g milk
 - 10g melted unsalted butter
 - A pinch of salt
 - 1 medium potato
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - Mozzarella cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
 - Boil and mash potato, mix with mayo.
 - In a bowl, combine flour, milk, melted butter, and salt.
 - Knead dough, roll into a rectangle.
 - Spread potato mixture on top, add mozzarella.
 - Roll dough, seal ends, slice top.
 - Bake for 20 mins.
 - Enjoy your gooey, cheesy potato bread!
