Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to a hot 400°F (200°C). It’s about to get steamy in here!
2. In a large bowl, lovingly toss your potato slices with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Make sure each slice is evenly coated – they should all get equal attention.
3. Lay the slices out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Space them out; they’re not fans of cuddling.
4. Generously shower the potatoes with grated Parmesan. It’s raining cheese, hallelujah!
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they’ve reached peak Crispy Crunchy perfection.
