Mini BakedParmesan Potato Rounds

Ingredients:
35-40 Classic Baby Creamers potatoes, sliced
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (the one in the green container)
1 Tbs garlic salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° and spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick spray.
Wash and slice potatoes thin, then place in a large mixing bowl.
Add oil to the potatoes and stir to coat.
In a gallon-size baggie, add grated Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Zip shut and shake to mix.
Spoon potatoes into the cheese mixture and shake to coat evenly.
Place potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven, turning once during baking, until browned and fork tender, approximately 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch dressing.
