Ingredients:
1 pound chicken wings (flats and drumettes separated, tips discarded)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Lay the wings out flat on a clean, dry surface. Pat them dry on both sides with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine the wings with olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to ensure each piece is well coated.
Place the wings into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 380°F. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Check the wings every 5-10 minutes, turning them to ensure even cooking.
To crisp the skin, increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Serve the wings with your choice of dipping sauces.
