Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced green onions for garnish
Tortilla chips or toasted bread slices for serving
Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat and transfer the cooked beef to a mixing bowl.
Prepare the Dip:
To the cooked ground beef, add the crumbled bacon, diced onion, diced tomato, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Bake the Dip:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish the Bacon Cheeseburger Dip with sliced green onions.
